This romantic one-bedroom bolthole is a perfect choice for couples who want to relax and enjoy each other's company. It offers a sense of privacy and seclusion as well as far-reaching views of the garden and beyond. The property benefits from an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The main swimming pool lends itself to those who like to do a few lengths before breakfast. Glass doors lead inside to the open-plan kitchen, living, and sitting area, which is well-appointed with all the amenities you would expect in a modern villa. The interior has floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two sides of the room, one side opens onto the garden and outside pool terrace, while the other opens onto the inside pool. The bedroom features an enormous round bed and floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two sides of the room. Islamlar village offers breathtaking panoramic views from every aspect and provides visitors with a genuine taste of rural Turkish village life. Kalkan town is just 15 minutes down the road, offering excellent choices of elegant roof-terraced restaurants.

The Myrtle Shade

With a prime hillside position above the town of Kalkan, this villa is blessed with some sublime views of rooftops and the Mediterranean Sea. It's fair to say that the home's architect has made the most of this panorama. Outside, there are a wealth of spots from which you can admire the scenery, whether that's paddling in the heated infinity pool and adjoining Jacuzzi, sipping cocktails at the bar or merely relaxing on the glass-fronted terrace.

Rather pleasingly, the vistas are just as beautiful out through the large glass doors and windows that line the walls of the home. When you finally get around to giving the interior a closer inspection, you won't be disappointed. There's a commitment to luxury in every furnishing and finish, from the sleek black kitchen to the plush bedrooms.

The cherry on the cake is the fact that there's such a great range of seaside spots in the local area. Kalkan beach takes twenty minutes to reach on foot, while Kaputas and Patara take ten and twenty minutes in the car respectively. There's a wide choice of restaurants and cafes in the surrounding town, too.

Private plunge pool, fun-filled games room, panoramic Mediterranean views – this villa truly has it all. Despite the quirky layout (and multiple staircases), we think you'll love calling this place home. There's a relaxing Jacuzzi in the top-floor main suite, a Finnish sauna on the first level, and sea views from practically every room. There are two lounges – each with a kitchen – giving you the choice to socialise together or enjoy some alone time. Even the location is ideal. Kalkan is just 2 kilometres away, putting the beach, shops, and restaurants within easy reach.

Turquoise Retreat

Situated high above the hills in Kalkan, this single-storey villa boasts a private pool and some truly spectacular views over the sea and surrounding landscape. The colourful and quirky decor may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the main bedroom enjoys an in-ground Jacuzzi, positioned perfectly for the views. For families, your host can provide free equipment for little ones like a cot and high chair. There's space to park on the large driveway, and we highly recommend hiring a car for easy day trips to the nearest beaches and into Kalkan.

After enchanting pursuits in the city's centre and beaches, retreating back to your modern apartment couldn't be more comforting. Whether you prefer to eat out or cook at home, it's always nice to have the option. And from here, you'll have everything you need to rustle up meals of your own if desired. Enjoy a refreshing aperitif on the balcony, or stretch out across the comfy couch with a book in hand. 

Meanwhile, the neutral colour palette with delicate hues is enough to soothe your soul and encourage a serene night's sleep after fun-filled days out discovering the sights and historical landmarks of Antalya. 

With the Kaleici Old Town and Marina only 1.3 kilometres away, you'll be in a prime position to soak up the city with ease. Weave in and out of the city's cobbled streets, market stalls and colourful boutiques making sure to stop for tea and some Turkish delight as you pass.

To put it simply, this home is stunning. It’s perched on top of a hill just a short walk from downtown Kalkan, and boasts mesmerising views of the Mediterranean Sea and nearby islands. The glittering blue seascape can be enjoyed from almost every angle of this magnificent villa. 

As you approach the villa and take in the view, you’ll smell the flowers in the garden. The land is also home to countless palm, banana, grape and olive trees, all vying for attention in the pretty setting. The heated infinity pool stretches out towards the sea, and is where we’d be spending most of our time. After an early-morning dip, you might lie out in the sun for an hour or two, before moving into the shade of the outdoor lounge. Sip cocktails while drinking in the view, and plan the rest of your day. 

Will you have lunch outside, or move into the cool confines of the stylish villa? The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and the barbecue is perfect for alfresco feasting. 

This home is bright and welcoming, with enough room for a large group, including two kitchens and living areas, each with their own entrance and terrace. The table tennis and darts board always prove popular, whether you’re travelling with friends or as a family. There are quiet corners too, so you can always slip away for a moment of romance.
